In 2015, Ramya founded the India Women of Finland Ry, an association with over 1,700 Indian Professionals living in Finland which has existed for 10 years now.

She is the founder of Skimbaco Lifestlye and co author of Big Rich Money. She is the co founder of Crush Movement and currently the sole owner. Her journey exemplifies visionary leadership, blending global experience with a commitment to empowering others.
7. USA : Tom Coogan
Tom Coogan is currently the CEO and President of Muchinga Partnerships, an international NGO focused on supporting and growing small enterprises and business focused groups of people with disabilities in Sub-Saharan Africa. Tom founded Muchinga Partnerships in 2020 and they are located in Alexandria, Virginia, just outside of Washington, DC.

Still Dancing by Hanna Still is a vibrant dance studio in Helsinki, specialized in Latin dances like salsa and bachata. Founded in 2020, the studio offers classes for all levels, from beginners to advance. The studio is located in Salmisaari with a scenic setting by the sea, enhancing the overall experience of participants. Still Dancing also hosts events and workshops.

13. Ghana : Showbix Celebrity, Edwina Gilda Annan
Aunty Nyaniba is a dynamic media personality in Cape Coast Ghana known for her impactful radio presence. She hosts a show on Asaase Radio. Through her Nyanis Restore Hope Foundation, she supports the needy and girls into entrepreneurship skills and educational opportunities. She has received the RTP Award for Media Personality in the Central Region and top honors at the Central Media Awards in Ghana.
14. Gambia : Dr Hagie
Dr. Hagie KT Drammeh is the Deputy Party Leader of the Gambia Moral Congress (GMC). With a background in medicine, He is also the Founder and President of Hadigala College, a respected institution advancing nursing education and youth empowerment in The Gambia. Dr. Drammeh has been instrumental in advocating for reforms that address inequality, strengthen institutions, and elevate public welfare. In 2024, he received the Visionary Excellence Award from Ceci Educare Oy, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to education, leadership, and national development.

16. Ghana : Dr. Doris Mawuse Aglobitse
Dr. Doris Mawuse Aglobitse is the Team lead for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Gender at UNFPA Ghana. She has over 30 years of experience promoting gender equality, youth empowerment and reproductive rights. She holds a PhD in Public Health and other Advanced degrees from University of Ghana with additional training from John's Hopkins University. Doris is a traditional leader known as Dr. Mama Abra Hokor I, using her platform to advocate for women's right & empowerment
17. Malawi, Dr Wisely Phiri
Dr. is a distinguished Malawian entrepreneur and IT professional, renowed for founding and leading Sparc Systems Limited, a prominent technology firm operating accross Malawi, Zambia and Rwanda.
In recognition of his impactful leadership, he was named Africa's Most Impactful and innovative Business leader for 2024 by the Consumer Choice Africa Awards. He also served as the President of the ICT Association in Malawi.
