Jukka-Pekka Lehtinen is an experienced international consultant and project manager with over 40 years of expertise in construction, logistics, procurement, and modular solutions across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Currently Principal Consultant for East Africa at Hills Connect Oy Ltd, he leads projects in circular economy and sustainable materials under the Nature2Need initiative. His career includes senior roles at Algeco, Ramirent Oyj, YIT Corporation, and entrepreneurial ventures in modular construction and project consultancy.

Beyond corporate leadership, Jukka-Pekka has been deeply involved in humanitarian and community development, volunteering with the Finnish Red Cross, supporting non-formal education in Tanzania, and managing healthcare construction in Ethiopia. Since 2019, he has been active with Think Africa ry, serving on its board since 2021. Fluent in Finnish and English, with a background in commerce and leadership training, he continues to apply his global experience to sustainable development and cross-cultural collaboration.
