At just 25, Gloria Boateng is making waves in Finland — first as the founder of Omo Omo Café, and now as a co-founder of the fast-growing Loyatii app. Originally from Ghana and raised outside the European system, Gloria opened her café at the age of 24 with a clear mission: to create a space where culture and community intersect. Her warm, magnetic energy soon drew in customers, and the attention of the 2nd Prestigious Global Awards, where she received the Platinum Award of Excellence.

"I was shocked, honestly. I work hard, but to be recognized? That felt amazing."

But Gloria isn't stopping there. Responding to customer needs for loyalty programs — and her own experiences with limited marketing tools — she helped build Loyatii, a platform to support small and medium-sized businesses with discoverability and reward systems.
