A private café space next to the main hall is usually reserved exclusively for the invited dignitaries.

All other guests will enjoy the open lounge and common networking areas.

Lunch catering will be outsourced from a professional provider.

Please note: Lunch is included in general admission tickets.

Technical Setup

The venue includes 2 experienced technicians as part of the rental package.

High-quality lighting, projection, and AV equipment are included and managed by the in-house team.

This ensures a seamless and professional experience for all speakers and performers.

Security

Security services are included in the venue rental as a mandatory feature, ensuring safety and protocol compliance for all guests. 

A spacious common lounge is available outside the main hall for networking and breaks.

Additional spaces include:

Backstage rooms equipped with showers and toilets

A kitchen area suitable for basic use and service coordination

Free 24-hour parking spots are available on-site.

Flexible Event Space

The main hall is multi-functional and can be converted into a dance floor through mechanical reconfiguration of the installed seating. This adds a dynamic option for any closing celebration or performance segment.

Event Day Sales

Tickets will not be sold on 21.09.2025. As per Lippu.fi policy same day ticket sales are prohibited.
Ticket page will automatically close a day prior the event.
